Dale Carr, Owner/Broker/Realtor/Auctioneer

As a lifetime Sevier County resident, Dale Carr knows this area like the back of his hand. With more than 25 years of experience in real estate, Dale values his customers and attempts to exceed their expectations in any real estate needs. Dale is former co-owner of Thompson Carr & Associates and experienced Auctioneer. He takes pride in community involvement assisting with Boys and Girls Club, Robert F. Thomas Foundation, Sevierville Housing Authority and Downtown Sevierville Association. A graduate of Leadership Sevier, Dale served as an Alderman for the City of Sevierville and currently is a TN House of Representative for District 12.
